They tell you one thing, and completely do another. And they don't listen at their customers either. This is not the type of bank you want to do any kind of business with. Save yourself the stress, and go to another bank.

Went in with my friend to figure out credit building strategies and talked to Mason. He is AMAZING. So friendly and down to earth. He gave us so many tips and tricks, very efficient worker.

Used to really really like this branch. Service has fallen off, routinely have to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to make a deposit. Just not acceptable when I go to other banks I use and it takes less than 5 minutes.

This location has so many ATM issues. It took over $100 from me. Got that issue resolved insode thankfully. but for the last 3/4 months usually 1 ATM isnt working and the other one isn't working correctly. The features aren't all there. You can only deposit cash and never checks. Someone told me it was being resolved but it doesn't seem like it's being resolved quick enough. For being a main location on a busy road that many people need to use, I would sink the issue would have been resolved months ago when it first became a problem. I've been banking with PNC since 2005 when they were still National City and I've never had these issues.

They want your business...but won't let you do your business. I am a customer, have been for some time with multiple accounts. Today while visiting I had to use the restroom urgently. I was told that the bathroom is in a secure area and customers weren't allowed back to it. Really really stupid idea. It may not have been a problem if I was just making a quick visit. However, I was in for the better part of 45 min, just to close out one of my accounts. Finally I had to run across the street and use the restroom at a nearby fast food establishment. Really pnc?

I talked to a guy over a phone named Coleman or cole. Very straightforward and helped me with my anxiousness as I’m dealing with account issues at the moment. Thank you : ).

ATM charges .50 for a balance inquiry? And $1 every time I click on something? Charged me $5 even though I took nothing out

They told me that i didnt have to pay back tbe 69$ go head and use it that was a lie people there are liyers

They are always friendly and helpful. Very professional staff and two 24 hour ATMs!

They have a real problem keeping their ATMs functioning.
