PNC Bank Main Ave, Truth Or Consequences

I opened an account a few months before they changed to PNC was never notified of the change to PNC. Now they have disabled my debit card without sending me a new one. Tried to call to find out what was going on with my card and their phones are not working correctly. They had better customer service as BBVA seems like it's slipping downhill drastically.

The staff at the branch are courteous and helpful. The change from Compass to PNC bank was a bit bumpy, but the staff themselves are great!

5k missing. Worst bank ever. They steal money. Deposited cash to send wire and instead of sending the wire they diverted my funds and charged me for. Its not your money once you deposit it. Be warned they will take it just like that. One second its there next it's gone. 2 days and hours on the phone and nobody can explain why my funds are being held hostage by bbva. Be warned, they will divert your funds and wont even call to say why. I will be closing account after this is over.

I have been banking here for a few years now. And this bank is the best thing that ever happened to me! This was back when it was BBVA. Turn over to PNC definitely was disappointing.

I needed to get something notarized, I spoke to cashier and told her I didn't have a chance to type it up. Cashier let me know they could do it for me but once I spoke with notary csr he advised me he wouldn't do it. I let him know this bank has done it in past but he still refused. You have just lost a loyal customer...

PNC purchased BBVA Compass Bank. Same great staff working their.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Understaffed and they don't care how long customers have to wait. It took me about an hour to get into my safety deposit box

Have never felt comfortable at this location. The manager missed an opportunity to correct a wrong that was due to their mistake. Divest.
