PNC Bank N High St, Columbus

Absolutely the first positive experience I’ve had with a bank - very quick and efficient -extremely helpful and didn’t try to upsell me on anything or pressure me into applying for a credit card when I opened my account - I’m not sure if the banker that helped me was Anthony or Andrew (man with glasses) and that’s no way indicative of his service being anything but amazing and has everything to do with my memory . Thanks guys !! Hoping to be a customer for a very long time . Also to note they have the lowest fees for the all inclusive options that I’ve seen bank wise

NEVER go to this PNC! It seriously might as well be a scam office. I tried to close my account here and they told me it was closed. A MONTH LATER it still isn't closed! Whats worse about this is the person I was working with was more of a salesman than someone who wanted to help me. He spent more time trying to persuade me to keep the account than he did to try to help me. Completely ridiculous

NO LONGER A REAL BANK!! This has been my home branch for almost 20 years, and they have recently done away with inside tellers or the ability to do any banking or deposits inside the bank. I was told I had to go back out to the ATM to make a large cash deposit. I will be looking to change banks.

Unfortunately the closest location to me. I opened a business and account 10 years ago and this location has prompted me to work on switching to Huntington. Things as simple as depositing checks are over complicated and require a manager that never seems to be present. Today when I called to ask if there would be a manager available (I have never successfully deposit checks without one present), I was told they wouldn't be back till Friday. Several times I've walked out of this branch unable to accomplish simple tasks and have to drive downtown where I have no issues. This branch is nothing more than the atm out front.

This Bank called nothing but their big customers. If you need a personal checking account I suggest you take your hard earned money somewhere where they will work hard for it.

The bank has no weekend hours unfortunately, but the customer service has always been very good. Bank employees worked hard to rectify an issue I had on one occasion.

Nice place and my banker was helpful. I had a decent experience in this bank.

Super polite. I usually hate banks but this was good.
