I've been banking with Compass for over 20+ years after PNC took over I finally found customer service even worst than my ex phone company, especially over the phone, as one of the worst. We usually have wait time of 3-4 hours on hold and sometimes voice mail will answer after an hour and say mailbox is full then hang up. You would think they want to keep their new inherited customers, feels like we are nothing more than their bottom line. Sorry, but had to take my business elsewhere. Btw, if you want to bank Saturday they are closed Saturday to Sunday at least at this location.

I like to vist this particular branch of PNC Bank because of the very friendly staffs. Thank you Ms. Lorena, Ms. Jenny, Mr. Iman for excellent customer service!

PNC bank is the worst bank to have! BBVA was much better! Hate that they switch banks! I have closed my accounts down at PNC bank and so have my family members.

For years I have had the best of service at this bank. They have always patiently helped me with my questions & options, great or small. Plus, I’ve found them to be above the norm in safety protocols. And their friendliness, from manager to teller, has always been much appreciated, Thank You!

Terrible Bank as a whole, from their customer to banking hours!!! One of the worst banking experiences ever! I will be closing my account as soon as I "take off work to go when their open as they are no longer open on Saturdays when that is the busiest time for customers as most work mon-fri!!! I have not been able to access my money for 2 weeks and counting as I was billed for a replacement card and never received it and customer service is non-existent and I know have to miss work to go in person... I will be taking ALL OF MY MONEY WITH ME WHEN I DO!!! AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I've had my fair shares of trouble with banks before but this branch really is the worst one I've ever been too. The manager Andre really needs to work on his professionalism while working with his business clients. The other manager Tracy though she is polite. 30 minute wait while everyone else were taken care of even though I arrived first. Do not open a business account within this branch, I transferred money and now I can't access my funds. They took my cash without trouble, but yet I'm here disputing with this branch for my money.

Employees have always been attentive to my needs and helped find the best type of loan to get at the lowest possible rate which served my purposes. Problems that have arisen have been handled promptly, professionally, and effectively. No regrets switching from Wells Fargo to Compass 12 years ago.

If I could give negative stars I would. I left work at 330pm today, then drive from Irving to FTW, pick up money from home and arrive at the bank by 433pm. Feeling happy that I made it to the bank before they close. I walk in make eye contact with the teller, smile and tell her that I would like to open an account. I'm told that there is only one banker available and he is already helping someone, she is not sure how long he will be and they close at 5 (while looking at her watch) come back tomorrow when there will be three bankers available. I tell her that I will not be able to make it tomorrow and she shrugs.

Marco Aguilar literally changed my entire perception of this bank. All my customer service experience before sitting down with him had been awful. Whatever they’re paying him, it’s not enough! Go here if your experience elsewhere *cough* MANSFIELD BRANCH *cough*

I've been banking with Compass for years and the service at this location is fantastic. Nicole is a wonder who truly cares for people and sees her patrons as people who need to be helped and not just a bunch of numbers on a page.
