PNC Bank Highwood Ave, Tenafly

Deposit your money here at PNC if it is not valuable. Someone ACH my money from my checking account, at PNC's fault, at the end i wasnt reimbursed! I am talking over $20,000. Money is gone they said. What do you mean gone ? Excuse meeeee, what the heck was your job? ( isnt still there a 0-star option on reviews? )

Terrible experience. Over an hour and still waiting to close an account. Opened online about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received debit card or pin to establish online access. I would not recommend doing business with PNC Bank at all. There are much better banks to work with. The bankers at Chase down the street have been very helpful. Stay away. You have been warned.

I went there to create a new bank account with them and they were so helpful! I was nervous because it was my first time opening up my own personal bank account but they made it easy by going through everything step by step. I will definitely be going back again if I have anymore questions or concerns.

Was a great experience and had to give them a shout out!!!! All of the staff was very kind supportive and respectful... I may be young but they still respected me no matter what . I’m glad to have gone there for help.
