PNC Bank W Michigan St, Sidney

I wouldnt recommend going to this bank. They closed my account with no warning or reason. I lost my job a couple months ago and had a few things I needed to take care of. Recently got a new job, and found out they closed the account. Thankfully I tried to log in to my account and was told no account existed and wasnt waiting on a direct deposit thru the account.

This bank is a very good bank to have i believe! I am hoping and praying they won't close my account due to this whole Covid-19 pandemic!?! I've had other banks that have closed my account due to financial issues BUT, this bank has kept me thus far! Good employee's in this building!

We have been with this bank for a long time. The tellers and the manager go out of their way to help. Tom Paul is by far the best manager this bank has had. They always have a friendly smile and make banking easy.

I never thought I'd have to write a review about a bank. I brought in 7 of my employees to cash their checks and they got mad at me because I brought them all in at once, an hour before they closed. I didn't know I had to hire their staff to cash my checks..then i was told "next time" to bring them in, in the morning because they "can't have that again." Sorry, but my schedule does not revolve around what time your branch is the busiest throughout the day. Been banking with pnc for 8 years now I've been to all the branches throughout the Dayton area including up north in vandalia, tipp city, troy, because I run a construction company. This is the first time I've been mistreated in ANY bank. Thank you for making me feel like I've never banked with pnc before. If you don't want to cash so many people's checks? Here's an idea....DON'T WORK AT A BANK!! McDonalds is always right next door to you

closed my accounts 3 day befor x-mas. the bank mannager lies and does not do his job. fat and lazy. bank employees lie about thing if they dont like you to get your accounts cloesed. unfair treatment. when asked why my accout was closed was not given a reson. this bank is a joke. better off taking you money to another bank.

2017 Manager is a real jerk. Never had any issues with the tellers. Only giving a one star because of the manager. He is arrogant and untruthful.

They are nothing but bullying people who take money out of there bank they are rude and not friendly they don't want to to help you they are not very good to do banking with they don't care no wonder they only have 2.6 stars

Very unfair and very friendly unprofessional they were bullying me and treated me unfairly they lied to me I closed my account and they keep sending me things after they closed my account and I keep on asking them to stop sending me things they are bullying me and harassing me They do not tell the truth about things they need to be honest About there job and work on customer service

Not the worst bank, definitely not the best. Clustered location and crappy service from tellers.

All the staff have been great!
