PNC Bank US, Bordentown

The people here are friendly, and they are also helpful. I hate going to the bank, except when I have a large check to cash out for myself, yet that rarely happens! Even still, coming here is fine enough, where I don't have to think about all of my financial problems, since the tellers do help out whenever an issue comes up, so I don't have to stress over it.

Went there today and was lied to by the branch manager who didn't want to take the time to help me. Had to drive 35 minutes out of my way only to have to wait another 45 minutes. I think I will be changing banks. PNC is getting so commercialized and has really forgotten about the customer.

Tellers are not trained well at all and will make mistakes. There are several hidden fees. Also be prepared to get phone calls from them trying to get you to open up new accounts. They even will solicit you in sneaky ways. Once I was asked to come inside because they needed to speak to me about my account. I assumed there was a problem. I went and parked and it turns out they were just trying to sell my garbage. If you ever try to open a simple account, they will attempt to push multiple products on you... just want a simple checking account.. not 4 savings accounts. They will act friendly but every time i walk inside i feel like i am stepping into a used car shop.

Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Always available to help me out with anything I need. God blessed the staff.

The friendliest staff I've ever interacted with at a bank. But for the love of god, please get a second ATM

The tellers give false information for when check will be cleared so don't trust when they say your money will be available.

Most convenient branch to me. Nice people.
