PNC Bank Richmond Ave, Houston

Unable to cash a check for over 3 weeks. Teller kept asking to come back without being able to track the check issued by the bank.

Got my old BBVA account transferred here and the tellers were super nice and helpful!

I have been with this bank for about 10 years, and had never any issues until I visited this branch. I attempted to make a change to my account with a banker, Irving, and was assured that everything was correct and went through. A couple of months later, I received a letter stating my accounts will be closed, and I notified the same banker I initially worked with. He told me that he will get to bottom of it, and no further action was needed. Fast forward to December, and the bank had cancelled all my cards and closed my accounts. When I visited the branch for assistance and answers, another banker, Brandon, attempted to help but to no avail. I was told I would be contacted with answers, but no one ever reached out. As I kept asking about where my money is, and what information was needed to reopen my accounts, the only answer I heard from customer service to the branch manager was "I don't know" and "I'm not too sure". After this incident, I no longer trust this institution, and do NOT recommend this branch. They do not care about your business or your money.

I am pretty disappointed with this location. Demmi Jackson just ruined my day. I have been doing business with BBVA, have a furniture company. I have built good customer relations with BBVA until the day I came to this location to get a service. My customers that i pay invoices are saved as a draft in my profile, Demmi was there to make sure she was making everything hard. She told me she can not wire international transfer after 2 pm. Although all the other locations are accepting it. I am aware if you do it, it will be transferred next day. But she kept refusing to give service on that. Once she was convinced to do the wire after i told her so many times, she tried to create problems with my ID. All locations i have been using my texas drivers licence and all the other bankers never asked my passport. This Lady just treated me , a business man like a garbage. I wilk definetely take my business somewhere else just because of this lady.

This ATM not usable if you drive a car. It is a safety issue to use this ATM. I either have to get out of my car, open the door, or stick half of my body out of the car window because the ATM machine is positioned so high. I feel unsafe doing this as I am a woman and usually depositing checks or cash when the branch is closed.

To me this is the worst bank ever I miss BBVA They could give me a cashier ckeck because they where busy but not a single customer inside

I went in to open a checking and savings account and it took over 2 hours. The woman was obviously new and clueless with very little training. I sat there with a mask on praying I wouldn't get covid. Then when I got home I was unable to log in to my account because she had spelled my name wrong. Then my checks were sent to the wrong address. Instead of being apologetic they were defensive and unsympathetic with excuse after excuse. Make sure you double check everything to make sure it is correct. They may be getting paid to do this job but unfortunately you may end up doing yourself. Not impressed at all!!!

Not this particular location, but this bank is terrrrrible. Opened a bank account online and they were horrible to work with. I couldn’t get funds over to the account because my phone couldn’t receive text messages from them. Called customer service and they didn’t help me at all. Closing out my account because I can’t work with them.

My friend and I walked in around 12:40pm to try to open a bank account. The woman unceremoniously told us that they closed at 1 and it was too late to open a bank account because it would take an hour to do it and they closed at 1pm. The day before, I had called to request an appointment but the banker said I did not need to and said they were open UNTIL ONE. Well, we went down to the Wells Fargo down the street, whose banker said to us, "if we're open until 1, I would have sat down with you until 12:59." They were fabulous at Wells Fargo. Never going to bank with BBVA.

This ATM is always down. Nice area but bad bank. ATMs tend to be down. Most are behind locked doors. Customer Service employees do not work 24/7 so you are on your own after 11 P.M. You deserve better, pick another bank. I am. I'm going back to my old bank. Had enough.
