PNC gets zero, the unfortunate people working there get a 5 they are doing their best. PNC is obviously a badly run bank and should be avoided as their policies cause problems that take time to resolve, and their call centers are unable to solve them.

Even though they have had over a year to “adjust” to working with COVID this branch is always closed for no reason. The other branch near me is open until 5pm like they say they are but this branch is always closing early and all around just not helpful. If I show up an hour before you close then put my check into my account, it takes less than 10 minutes.

By far the worst bank I have ever felt with. It impossible it get simple thing done. Run away

We walked in and one of the staff members told us to wait. Even though we were the only ones there, we were aware that they could have been busy with other things, so we showed respect and waited. While we were waiting RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM, a man came in, walked up to them, and the same staff member who told us to wait earlier, immediately asked him “how can I help you?”. So they helped him first instead of us..okay..rude. Well after he left, we were STILL WAITING. Finally when a staff member was about to help us, she picked up the bank’s phone and left us hanging without telling us anything at all. A simple “please hold on for a second” would have been nice. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes. The TWO OTHER staff members were AVAILABLE, so I don’t understand why one of them could not help us OR why one of them could not pick up that phone call. They tried to avoid eye contact with us(looking down and not at us) which showed that they did not want to help us at all. One of the staff members that was OBVIOUSLY AVAILABLE was avoiding eye contact and was walking left and right behind the desk AS IF she was “busy”. We left without saying anything just as they said nothing to us. I love BBVA Compass and I’ve been a customer for 17 years, but the staff members there need to be taught manners. I guess they weren’t trained properly. So to the staff members who will be reading this, fix yourself or you’ll be losing customers in the future. I’m saying this for your sake.

From the moment we walked in the front tellers did not greet us, and we waited in the lobby for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. A lady then approaches us without introducing herself and asks us why we’re there. Mind you we were there to obtain information on opening a business account. The lady than tells us she could not help us and would get someone to help us. She returns and informs us that “Logan” could not attend to us after waiting 30 minutes already. And tells us we had to wait an additional 30 minutes. The lobby was completely empty with no customers. The customer service was terrible and unacceptable. We ended up going to Chase and the customer service was incredible and they attended to us as soon as we entered the lobby. Very disappointed in BBVA, we do not recommend.

The hours posted online and the hours posted on the actual bank show they close at 1pm for Saturday and this branch was closed already after 12pm. 🙄😡🤬

Ever since Covid all the BBVA locations in my area have not functioned properly. Not only that none of the times that they say are open are correct. I'm a whole lot over it.
