PNC Bank University Pkwy, Sarasota

Can never contact this branch by phone. I was referred by my PNC Branch to the University Branch and to call them to schedule a notary/medallion appointment. I've tried several times to reach this bank by phone to schedule the appointment. I stay on the line and listen to silence for about 5-15 minutes and then they hang up on me. Not very good customer service from my perspective. At least take a message and call me back or something, so I can get my appointment scheduled. Do I have to drive to the bank to schedule an appointment?

I am always treated with respect whenever I go to PNC Bank. They may not have as many locations as other banks, but they make up for it in customer service and competitive rates. This location, and the branch on the Fruitville, I find myself at quite a bit. They all know me and I am addressed by my name. I think we have a strong business relationship built up over the past few years. I also like how they are located inside of Giant Grocery stores up North (I travel to Maryland) and they have extended hours at those locations. Their services fit my needs and I am happy banking with them. I am uploading a photo of their business hours for the location on University.

I'm not sure what everyone else is talking about in these reviews. I've been going here for years and I've had nothing but pleasurable experiences. I'm greeted by name by several employees every time I walk in even though I'm only there one or two times a month. The next person that comes in behind me is also greeted by name. The entire staff is so professional and courteous. If you're looking for a new place to do your banking, look no further!

This 5 star is for the new manager that just moved here from Lakewood Ranch. I've banked with her for quite a while. Believe me she will have this bank branch five star across the board in short time. We are so disapointed we lost her from Lakewood Ranch.

Useless website. Where are the hours bank is open. We have met tellers that are rude and have no clue what they are doing. Did I mention very poorly dressed. Also tried to refinance but contact was so bad we went to another bank. Really some problems here

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and ready to greet you as you walk through the door. Love these guys.

Wouldn't, cash my cashier check saying it wasn't as good as cash, branch manager is clueless in the businessof banking!
