PNC Bank N College Rd, Wilmington

Would never suggest going to the drive up at the Northchase branch. Wanted over 10 minutes to get a transaction completed. Helped the person that came after me first. Very disappointing!

The absolutely worst bank to do any formal business with!!!! Stay away at all cost this has been the most irritating experience from a banking institution ever experienced!!!!

Very friendly tellers. When i drive up she remember me and called me by name. Awesome. Never had a problem with anything at this branch. Completely satisfied with banking here. I love this branch.

I have the second their "performance checking account." I deposited the money on Friday and went to make a purchase Saturday to be declined and find out my payroll check is being held for 5 days on the suspetian of fraud. It is a payroll check through Wells Fargo. I am stuck with .81 in my account. I contacted support and nothing is done. I will be closing my account and banking with one of the big boys from here on out.

Great group of staff around this place. From the tellers to Jordan who helped open myself an account. Gonna be wild having a bank again since moving 😎

Exceptional customer service, the woman behind the counter remembered me on my second visit (and I still don't remember her name...) and the financial adviser was extremely helpful, even though he ascertained early on that I would not be able to secure a loan, he walked me through all my options and gave excellent advice.

I'm happy when I walk and happier when I leave, great people!!!
