My business has been going to this branch for about 17 years. PNC has been running this branch for at least a decade of that now, and the speed and service has declined dramatically only recently. Several times I've been the only vehicle in the drive-thru, had all of my PNC-issued deposit slips completed and accurate, and it's still taken upwards of 15-20 minutes to be on my way when there's a "dedicated" person working at the window. It seems they'll often stop in the middle of processing my transactions to help another teller with another customer instead of finishing one thing at a time. Really saddened by this sudden and dramatic drop in convenience and am talking with my partner to move our company's accounts elsewhere.

Rude and incompetent tellers to go along with their lazy and mouthy branch manager. But at least their "woke".

Waiting in lines for forty minutes while the large staffs helps people at the teller window, and tells me my issue can only be resolved at a desk. Four people at desks helping one customer and on their phones. I'm here on my lunch break and won't be able to eat now. You've gotta shut this branch down... I ask the tellers for help, bc I just have a general question about using my second checking account, and am told to contact the 800# if I cannot wait longer. Worst service I've experienced from a bank, and I moved from the understaffed Bank of America. This place is over staffed and still no help.

One of the reasons for having a drive up ATM is for effiency and not having to walk into the bank or wait in line for the teller. This location can not get their ATM to remain operable. It is so frustrating that this is the only bank on my way home from work and 3 out of every 5 times I come here the machine is broken. I would love to know how many times this machine has been broken in the last year. Completely unacceptable. Im just going to change banks to a bank that can afford to fix their equipment. To bad there isn’t a negative star rating because I would have selected that.

The most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. My husband has a business account that he started at this branch. The strip on his debit card went bad, so he went in and ordered another card. After a few weeks, it hadn't come in yet. He went in and ordered another one. He specifically said that he was about to go out of the country and was there to pull some cash in case the card acted up. Well, they ordered him a new card and NEVER told him that they were cancelling the account number for the one still in his possession. So, he finds himself in a foreign country, trying to check into a hotel and not being able to. He managed to get back to the country okay, but not without considerable difficulty. Then, he gets back and tried to deposit the check he earned at the ATM. It wouldn't take the check, so he went inside. The person at the counter said that it was strange it wouldn't take the check and deposited it. Two weeks later, we found the check in our mailbox. Apparently, it was being returned to us because it doesn't have a date. It is a Canadian check. IT DOESN'T HAVE A PLACE FOR A DATE. Anyone who owns their own business understands how difficult it can be to manage cash-flow, particularly during tax season. If the check needed a date added to it, then the person at the counter should have been the checkpoint for that, not sending the check back 2 weeks later- after we expected that money to be in the account.

Went in for a replacement debit card and had a horribly unprofessional experience with a male employee. My 3 month old daughter was with me and he was asking me very, very personal questions about her, my delivery, and my postportum experiences/mental state. He then proceeded to comment on mine and my husbands savings account and checking account balances. Note that we were at his desk, which was completely out in the open without any privacy whatsoever during my entire visit. I felt incredibly uncomfortable the whole time.

The most unprofessional institution I've ever dealt with. HORRIBLE customer service at the White Marsh branch. I called previously before coming in and I spoke with someone named Justin, so when I got there everyone was staring at me instead of saying "How can I help you?" Once I finally get someones attention they expected me to discuss my account in the open. The rep did not even invite us to his desk to discuss my account. I REPEATEDLY stated I would like to discuss my account. I had to ask him can we go over to the desk because I DO NOT wish to discuss my account with everyone in the bank. He then proceeded to take us to his desk. While helping me out another customer of his must've walked in because he took her paperwork out put on his desk, instead of helping me he was concerned about the customer behind me, looking at her giving gestures to her. I work in customer service and that was just the absolute worst!!

Called in to ask if a bond could be cashed through drive thru. They put me on hold to ask. Came back on the line and said as long as you have an account there it’s fine. Leave my house 15 minutes later and go through the drive thru only to be told I had to come inside. Then no one knows who talked to me. Waste of time and terrible way to treat a customer. Show some respect for other people. When you are wrong admit you are wrong

The absolute worse! I do the banking for work and it is the most painful, time consuming bank drive thru ever! So slow 20+ minutes in line every time. I would never use them for my personal banking!

I have been a member for a long time but I had to close my account because of unhelpful cashier, the cashier said that they don't have notary service but I had my papers notarized before and free for members.
