I have been a long supporter of PNC bank and used to a high level of service. Recently started using Plainfield office and must say very dissapointed. Made an appointment to open a new account for my mom. Was told running behind because of walk-ins. I was told you couldn't do walk-ins. Had to wait for a quite a while for my appointment

This bank performed a service protecting my business account from an unscrupulous employee who tried to get 2 checks for the same amount cashed. Suffice it to say, your staff picked up on the illegal transaction and notified me immediately. I am forever grateful. Dr.Miller

My husband and I have used this bank for business loans, car loans, and investments. Everyone at this branch is very helpful and very well informed! Highly recommend working with them!! Big difference in rates for loans compared to other banks we researched which has saved us a lot of money! Excellent service!

Saturday morning observation.... Branch Staff....5-Stars (awesome, kind and efficient) Only having one staff member manning the drive-thru on a Saturday morning....-1-star Thanks for the extended wait PNC management as vehicles were lined up around the building.
