Their mortgage carrier customer support can be summed up in two words: Grossly Incompetent. They failed to pay my homeowners insurance and I had to pay the insurance company directly the last minute before it was suspended. This should be zero stars.

This is the worst company, I sent them two checks they cashed the smaller amount one and sent the regular amount back to me then said the computer won't accept the check. I asked them why did they cash the smaller amount one instead of the higher amount and they can't give me an answer. I needed help back in November they said they couldn't help me. I have being struggling to get my mortgage up to date. Due to hardship. And now they want the full amount at the end of this month. So then I get a phone call every day every every two hrs. They should take the payments instead of letting the payments get out of hand. This is a horrible company. Then they say we are here to help well ur not helping if ur not talking the money unless it's all of it they say I am behind I wouldnt be this far behind if they cashed the bigger amount!!! Very frustrated customer!!!!

Worst servicer on the planet... no joke. Trying to refi and these guys won't provide a verbal payoff amount for my closing date. No no... you have to provide IN WRITING a request for a payoff amount. That takes 3 business days because this place is run and staffed by incompetents. I've had numerous issues with them in the past screwing up my escrow as well. good luck correcting that stuff. takes forever.

This is the worst place you could ever use I hope you do not use them and find another place it took them over a year to get the deed for our house it was supposed to be filed when it was paid off it was over 11 months and all they can say is we can request or demand $500 for them breaking the law in Georgia that is ridiculous I think they should pay $500 for every day or month they did not follow the law I guess it's legal for people like this to break the law anyone else would go to prison
