PlainsCapital Bank Santa Fe Dr, Weatherford

They constantly charge fees for things that aren’t the customers fault. Krista Adam’s laughed the entire time while dealing with my banking issue. Nothing is funny about stealing my money. Requested a new Agent after dealing with her, plan on closing my account after this is taken care of. Terrible customer service. *this may not relate to the Weatherford location, but I’d avoid Plains due to the lack of customer care.

The weatherford plains capital bank i wouldnt prefer to anyone no comprehensive skills or time management i had to be somewhere 20 minutes ago at this point ive been here for almost an hour its very unprofessional!

don't go here if you ever plan on buying a home and need to wire closing costs to the mortgage lender my husband ended up having to increase our ATM withdrawal amount and make several withdrawals to deposit in a new bank account to do a money wire to our lender that's too much work closing account ASAP!

I have never seen slower tellers. There is 1 that I hope to get but the rest take forever. I worked at a bank and I could do it faster not knowing their system. Currently waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes so far.

PlainsCapital was the best decision I made a year ago, never have any problems. Great customer service! They are always happy to help with a smile.

This bank does not require any authorization from the account holder on Electronic Debit transactions. So basically, anyone, anywhere at any time can electronically debit money from your account without authorization from you, the account holder. After 3,000.00 being fraudulently withdrawn from my account without authorization, I was refereed to Marjorie Clark who then proceeded to tell me that its not the banks responsibility to keep my money safe from fraudulent charges. She was very condescending and rude. A little customer service advice, when 3,000.00 of your customers money has been stolen out of an account you were trusted to keep safe, the only good response is Im sorry and just listen. Plains Capital eventually refunded the money (required by law) but they get 1 star for Marjorie Clark's customer service.

Kylie Kincaid is the most amazing person!!! I deal with her 3-5 times a week and she has the BEST customer service possible. If you need anything from Plains Capital.....Kylie is your go to person!!!!!

I only give this location a star because the teller was nice,however this location will not help you without an account wouldn't even make change, not sure how they consider themselves a value to the community.
