Plains Commerce Bank S 3rd St, Bismarck

Highly recommend not banking with this bank. 2 months in a row my ach bill pay was messed up, resulting in late fees. I had to call them on a weekly basis because online banking rarely worked. Hours spent on the phone to straighten things out. Only went with them because our realtor recommended them and that was a nightmare too. We moved from out of state and Rose? Who I never met even called my bank of 30 yrs and asked them for my acct number. My bank called me immediately should have been a red flag right there but by then we were too far into buying our home. A simple deposit or withdrawal at drive up window takes 10 minutes. Fair warning folks go with an established bank.
