    Kristi and her team have done several escrows for me, including complex transactions that included a bulk sale of multiple properties, land, and mobile homes on the land. They have handled both large to small transactions for me, refinances, purchases and sales for over 5 years now. I have been very happy with the service, the flexibility , the positive attitude, and most especially the warm and friend greeting when I have a chance to come by the office.     Look no further!!! I can’t tell you how much Kristi and her entire team has helped us turn a dream into a reality.     In my 9 years in real estate, I have never experienced any biased or unethical conduct from a Title escrow officer, until i had an escrow open with Kristi Lindsey at the Fairfield office. I had to fight to get my buyer the seller in possession.Fee that was agreed on the executed contract. Kristi went outside the scope of the executed contract between buyer and seller and altered the contract by reducing the fee without an executed document signed by both parties. Not only did she ignored the buyers rights and the executed contract, but her unethical conduct added unnecessary stress to the buyer. I won’t recommend her or will do any business with her in the future. Title companies are a neutral party, the escrow officer’s job is to stay neutral and follow the executed contract conditions. That means you don’t take the word of one side of the party, or a unilateral signed document and Change the executed contract already in place. Can you imagine the legal chaos it will create in the real estate business. This is the reason why there is a law that buyer and seller need to mutual agree in writing and both signatures required to make it an executed agreement.
