Do not use Tori O’Leary she will go against your contract and put her own personal issues above your own she does not act in good faith and works in cahoots with select individuals. She needs to be fired or investigated.

Things went well until it was time to disburse funds. I initially asked to be sent a check but changed my mind and requested a wire transfer. They said this was fine and I filled out a form for it when I met with the notary. I was told that someone would call to confirm wiring instructions after the property closed but no one did. I called the next day as it was getting near the end of the business day and I still didn’t see the transfer and hadn’t heard anything. Turns out they had sent me a check after all. Courier that dropped it off was internal and didn’t even try to get a signature (doesn’t seem secure at all but that’s apparently their policy.) They cancelled the check and set up the wire transfer for the following day, we’ll see if it goes through. An anxiety provoking experience.

Tori is a scam artist. Look at all the reviews within a day to try and drown out the 1 star reviews. DO NOT USE THIS TITLE COMPANY. YOU WILL HAVE FRUAD COMMITTED AGAINST YOU. THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY ATTORNEY GENERAL. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

Just closed on my first home with Pioneer title. These guys were great! All of my questions were addressed and process was seamless. Would definitely recommend this firm.
