Nice, friendly employees. Sometimes great CD rates. Great interest rates on their Visa cards. Their accounts are each guaranteed up to $250,000. I only wish they were open until 5:30 Mon-Thurs & until 6:00 on Fri.s. I previously banked at other banks, but have banked here for years & won't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend them!

Customer service from Lynn was HORRIBLE...she talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and like she was above everyone and wouldn't let me get a word in. Very unprofessional and even though she apologized, I will not do business at this credit union as long as she works there. I've heard from other people as well that she is short and snobby to them as well. Some more customer service training on how to talk with people would be of great help .

I just called in and Lynn picked up the phone and was the rudest backer I've ever talked to pretty much yelled at me telling me things I already did and got a huge additude about it will be switch banks will never deal with someone talking to me like that especially when it comes to my money

The employees there are very nice and professional but the bank is only open two days a week witch is very unrealistic

I try to avoid this Bank even though I live really close bye I go to the barks Road One.... here they talk down to you .. snobby and rude some of them need to be discharged I don't like the attitude when I go in there some of the older ladies there don't make you feel welcome
