I just moved to the area and started banking here. My experience was better than what I've ever had working with a bank. Everyone is very professional and kind. My accounts were set up and everything was done in a timely matter. I worked with Darlene who was very professional and fast. At first my funds were on hold because my account was a new one. When I realized I needed the funds sooner than planned, Darlene went above and beyond to confirm that the money was legitimate and was able to grant me access to my funds sooner than expected. If you are in the area I recommend going with this bank , the whole team is amazing to work with!

Everyone is friendly and helpful at this location . They are always quick to respond if I'm having issues with my account or using thier app. I have emailed them my concerns and they always get back to me in a timely manner and address issues faster than any bank I have ever used. This bank location emailed personal information insecurely. When I brought it up, it was recommended by Darlene that I close my account. I wouldn't provide any personal information to this bank. It will not be handled properly.
