Pikes Peak Credit Union W Midland Ave, Woodland Park

1) The account app is quirky and absent many features and functions usually common to similar websites. It's become a laugh for those around me whenever I try to log on. 2) Several staff members must be pampered in order to get decent customer service.

We decided to refinance our home. Joedda Santos, the new branch manager at PPCU's Woodland Park office made it so simple! We were both amazed at how easy it could be to refinance. We highly recommend Pikes Peak Credit Union - excellent service by people who truly care about their customers! PPCU has phenomenal service! We sought a banking institution that was aware of and practices "local economy" and found the BEST service in Teller County! We're so glad we made the move.

I have had very good service at PPCU for 19 years, the people are great. I give it a 5 star as far as the people go and most of the services. My only complaint is ever so often one of my debit cards won't work. Like I tried to use one of them at Divide Feed to buy hay for my goats yesterday and it came back declined because it was expired (which it wasn't) I tried to change a bills auto draft to this card and the web site said check expiration date or CCV. This is driving me crazy. But this is my only complaint.

I refinanced an auto loan through Pike's Peak, and even after providing adequate proof of insurance more than once, I have received multiple letters in the mail stating I have a week of lapsed coverage and that they will be adding $273 to my current balance to pay for the insurance. Find a bank with better customer service and up to date support systems and save yourself the trouble of coordinating with this institution.

I love the employees at the Woodland Park location! I do have some difficulties with the app sometimes, but overall the service here is great! The staff is attentive and are a great helpful team!

I have a loan through them and I’ve tried to call numerous times as well as email and they never respond to my emails, pick up my calls or give me a call back after I leave them a voicemail. All I’m trying to do is make a payment, but they have the audacity to email me when I tried to call them saying my loan was past due because they wouldn’t pick up and I can’t drop everything and drive 3 hours south to go and make a payment in person.

Poor bank to have an auto loan with. Spent 30 mins speaking to rep was advised i would be approved for what i was looking for. Patty manager calls me back and i get another story. Dont use this bank. Terrible customer service too!!!!!

Very friendly staff . Have been banking with them for 17 years which says a lot for loyalty. They have come along way in that time. There system is kinda slow when processing a transaction. The fraud department is excellent. Would never get one of those paid services that monitor your accounts. Sharon H at the Woodland Park branch has been awesome. We have had several loans and a refi done here.

Employees full of themselves with a blame the customer mentality straight from the top.. don't use them. For anything. Ever.

Love these folks. Very easy to work with and always friendly.
