Horrible service. Pawned my drill and they ended up sell s $400 drill that I loaned on for $20. Then what I confronted the manager Will (retard asshat) he kicked me out. I was being an ass just asking questions as to how that could happen. Then I called there Corp. office and am still waiting a call back from sharon. Good business practices.. calling better business bureau.

I refuse to believe all of these positive reviews are real. I was treated so rudely here and rushed out of the store when searching for replacement wedding bands. This place is a joke and customer service is lacking. Take your money and your stuff elsewhere.
