I had a great experience with PFS on my car loan never had any problems with them and now that I'm ready to buy another car after 5 years I will use them to finance the new car

Worst experience with a finance company, go with capital one, lower interest rates and no hidden or added fees that aren’t explained like PFSAUTO

i just completed my payment term with them and after 4 years, i would definitely be doing business with them again once im ready for another car. Never had a problem and as long as you kept communicating with them, they will do what they can to help. Thanks PFS Auto Finance for giving my wife and I a chance!

They wanted to repossess my car after being only three months behind because I had lost my job. So, I got tired of the company returned the car. Where I live a car isn’t really needed just a luxury. I had another vehicle before and never had that issue with repossesion and I fell a mont or two behind with them as well (the last company). I wouldn’t recommend Pfs Auto. Also they called my phone every single day nonstop. Very Annoying company and not trustworthy

I have never had a problem with pfs. I lost my job once while paying my car and he was very understanding. They understand that we all have our days.the staff is incredibly friendly and polite. I live in another town, but anytime I have a problem, I call their office and get it fixed asap. They provide a great service, are efficient, and go above and beyond for their customers.

Its nice to work with people who have quality customer care skills. PFS is an awesome auto finance company that is efficient, fair and polite. As a customer my overall experience is without complaint. This day and time it is rare to experience this kind of treatment. Thanks to all the team members that make your company stand out!
