I love these guys!! Great customer service! Respectful and helpful! So grateful for PFG!

The company is treading close if not already in violation of consumer protection laws by exposing subprime consumers to unnecessarily high levles of risk and knowingly placing these consumers into auto loans with a high probability of default. The company in my opinion needs to undergo a thorough investigation of these matters.

Pfg fundings said the email they rarely check and the voice mail does not work ha this place is very professional? And we traded in our old cactus jack car for a brand new car at Chrysler Dodge Jeep. CDJ paid it off the old car and pfg fundings still took out our old payment I left several voicemails and left several emails only because they never pick up and when they finally did pick up pfg fundings said oh you told us too late. Well if you guys learn how to pick up the phone. What a joke this place is I swear. The manager was rude! The manager and all the employees said WE ARE NOT REFUNDING YOU YOUR MONEY!! I SAID YOU HAVE TO IF ITS PAID OFF. is pfg fundings even on the same planet what's wrong with you guys!

Charlie's the manager is a great guy. They take care of you and make sure you are happy with everything. I will continue to buy cars and fiance with them.

The manager lied to me. I explained to him my situation that I don’t get off work until 5pm. He said he would wait for me latest at 5:45pm. When I arrived there at 5:40pm he wasn’t there. Why would you lie to my face???

Having trouble with pfg funding I just recently got a vehicle from them in March of 2021 only 30 after getting the vehicle I had issues with it they took it in for repairs kept it 3 weeks didn't offer me a loaner vehicle this time around the transmission went out on the car I've been asking for a loaner vehicle for 2 days now and all I keep getting is we well call you back I keep telling them that I need a vehicle to get to work they don't seem to care

Do NOT get a loan from here! These people will lie directly to you or answer you with an "I don't know". The staff is very negligent and even if you make all of your payments they will find a way to suck money from you. And this is all with autopay set up! first they blamed it on NSF, wrong buddy because you took out a partial payment! Then it was "it must have been a glitch in the system" and when ask well why was only a partial payment, i get the infamous...."I don't know!" then deflect the question with...well you didn't answer our calls. and guess what, I am at the VERY end of my loan...how convenient for them to have a "glitch" in the system & then rack up the fees! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Go somewhere else for your loan PLEASE!

So unorganized. Spoken to maybe 3 or 4 different people who handle my file. All of them work differently . One says yeah we can do that, only for the next to say no we can't do that. Get it together. Finally got into a good Grove with payment set up then THEY mess up and call me complaining that my payment didn't go thru! Well yeah duh! Because YOU changed the due date for two weeks from now, not me, you! Telling me I need to make two payments when the email clearly states one. Then they tell me the authorization for auto pay from the other pperson isn't valid. That I need to find a different way. Just overall frustrating how everyone basically has their own way of handling files and the customer is the one who ends up screwd. It's not my fault u guys can't get it together so don't act like I'm to blame when a payment doesn't go thru.
