    I called in to look into services that are offered on 4/11/2022. The representative I spoke to stated someone usually will contact you back within an hour or by the next business day. I did not receive a call back by end of the next business day so I called into customer service and was told at that time by the representative, that she was not sure why no one has reached out to me but she would add a note to my account and also include contact information. By 4/15/2022 no one still had contacted me via phone or email so I sent an email to member services and was told that someone would contact me and they apologize for the inconvenience. As of today 4/18/2022, no one has contacted me. The overall customer service and follow through has been very poor. This experience has definitely changed my view on the credit Union and at this time I would not recommend it.

    I am very happy to have found this credit Union to transfer some of my funds into. I first heard about it when I went for my car loan, and I was signed up with this credit Union. So I joined with checking and savings and I like their offers for new members and looking into refinancing our mortgage with them possibly.the people I've talked to online and now in person today we're very friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful!

    My experience with this bank started great. Great promotions nice employees and good service. 3 years later I find myself closing this account. I closed account be cause the bank was helping themselves to my checking account. I had a credit card with them and acct was current by bill isn’t due until the 5th an two withdraws from my checking account. When you enter a branch the tellers can not due anything and need approvals from their managers for the smallest transaction. Too much time wasted to withdraw or deposit money.

    This bank is like all others. It has its ups and downs. Employees are very helpful and nice inside. It would be nice to have a drive up atm or 2 atms at this location for when the atm isn't working. Edit 11 months later: Atm is still horrible. Deposit cash and it takes some bills and spits out the rest. Try again and it takes a few more and spits out rest. Trash is almost always full when I visit every night. I would think they would empty the trash or at least check everyday. When I tell the tellers inside they say "oh that's horrible" but don't do anything to make the situation better.

    Everyone who works at this branch is very nice. However they always have major issues with there old and now new ATM. Its always a hit or miss for all transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals. I have contacted them over a dozen times about this constant issue and the problem is still persisting. Sad very sad they STILL have ATM problems even after installing a new one.

    Just all around bad custmer service. Most employees have been short and rude. First time visiting, I waited for assistance not knowing to sign in. After two people went ahead of me I asked why only then was I was to sign in. Another instance. I went to make a big purchase and called them to ask for a one time increase for my debit limit for the day. They denied it. Rudely. In the era of the entitled customer ( customer is always right ) although I feel the customer is not always right. All customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. Just bad service.

    I just bought a new vehicle and my loan is through PFFCU. After talking on the phone with Betty and in the branch with Nicole, I ended up opening a checking account a credit card. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!

    Great employees at the Maple Shade branch. The only thing that I don’t like about the bank is you can never called the branch directly you always have to go through main office and when they try to put you through to the branch no one ever answers.
