Perfect Pawn NJ, Wayne

They Literally don’t even have a pawn license anymore and they still have peoples pawns there hostage. They just forfeit your items , terrible customer service. The only perfect pawn I have been to that was good was the Paterson shop on market street but all the other shops especially Wayne is bad service. They only wanna buy brand new tools like I’m supposed to go steal them and bring them or something smh. Don’t waste your time

Doesn’t deserve a star at all. I have Swarovski crystal jewelry and plenty of watches (not high end) that I need to sell and they wouldn’t buy any of it. What’s the point of being a pawn shop if you’re not going to buy everything and be picky about what you do buy. Not everyone can afford “high end” watches. This isn’t how you stay in business, this is how you lose business. You call yourselves a pawn shop but you’re really not. Taking my business elsewhere.

To Whom It May Concern: I am compelled to recognize the exemplary service I received from Dave at the Perfect Pawn, Wayne, NJ. location. I visited the store with a collection of antique pocket watches and other vintage jewelry I wanted to sell for my mother. I told Dave that I had sold many items on eBay and had done some research on the items but wanted expert confirmation of their value and what Perfect Pawn would offer to purchase. Dave carefully examined each piece, testing gold content when needed, quoted values and gave explanations for valuation. Even though he could offer purchase prices from Perfect Pawn, given my eBay experience he recommended that I list the items there for maximum return. I told Dave I wanted to sell him an antique solid gold toothpick case from the collection that he said Perfect Pawn would pay $400.00 for melt value and he pushed back advising that I should reconsider as I could get a better price selling on eBay. Dave’s expertise was obvious and his professionalism and honest council on the best options for selling my items was greatly appreciated. One could not ask for a better representative of your company and profession, and I recommend that Perfect Pawn recognize him for this. Best regards, JB

I am beyond satisfied with my visit to Perfect Pawn. I was initially hesitant to go in but after hearing nothing but positive experiences, I had to see for myself. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about all of their stock. Curiosity brought me in, but great customer service will keep me praising Perfect Pawn!

Today I brought my Rolex into Perfect Pawn and I am more than satisfied with the price I was given, I was not expecting such a fair rate. I was also pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the employee assisting me made me feel and patiently answered all of my questions. I have not one thing to complain about, by far the best pawn shop I have visited.

Went in to sell an Apple Watch because I needed the money. The guy that helped me was very nice and thats all I can really say. This place low balls you on everything you try to sell. I asked for $180 and he offered $120 and only went $5 more by the end of the negotiation. It was a Series 2 42mm with 5 bands and a charging stand, and they wouldn’t even give me $130! Other than that the atmosphere is very nice, location is accessible, and the one employee I dealt with was pretty kind. So beware! Don’t come here unless your really desperate and really need the money because they will only pay you the lowest possible!

This place is the best!! Dave is extremely fair and completely understanding!! He goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your experience with them. He doesn't make you feel the least bit ackward when you are in a financial dilemma! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a little extra cash! Highly recommended. Thank you Dave!!

thee best pawn shop around. prices are great on everything. buy back program they have is incredibly helpful if you need cash asap. workers are flexible in helping you out with certain things. especially Dave he has helped me with many things you wouldnt get at any other pawn shops. hands down a great place definitely 5⃣⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to this pawn shop in order to sell some gold jewelry that I no longer use. I was surprised that for all of what I brought, I was only offered $240. I found it suspicious and decided to head to a jewelry store in Oakland that buys gold, where I was immediately offered $400. My advice? Don't come here. You could find a better offer for what you have anywhere else.
