Peoples Bank SBA Main St, Mendenhall

This is my third experience with Peoples Bank. 2 Mortgages and a Refinance. Each time the customer service has been outstanding. I worked with Dara & Ann each time. I should do this again would want them again as my mortgage professionals. I want to Thank Everyone at Peoples Bank for making our experience very pleasant and flow smoothly. I can't say enough for everything that the staff at Peoples Bank has done to help me during the past year. They've absolutely gone out of their way during these challenging times to make financial life much more manageable. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for true customer service from a bank.

People's Bank did a fantastic job of helping our Church to secure a loan through the SBA for Covid! They have provided wonderful follow up service to help us take care of loan forgiveness as well. I could not have had a better experience. Please put a branch on James Island. We'd like to do all of our business with you!

Decided to refinance since the rates are so good. Danny Messier at People's Bank made the process easy and did great with communication every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Peoples bank they were wonderful during our closing of our new home and worked hard even during the pandemic to get us to our closing on time. The staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly.

The rep by the name of Brittany Burgess was very unprofessional and the way she spoke with us and her sending emails at the end of the day and not answering when we had questions about her requests. Documents we sent she would say she didn't have etc. The final step was she sent information to us on a Friday evening and then we found out she had left the company and Kenny Graeber had to get someone to redo what was already supposed to be done.

Very happy with how Peoples Bank and their staff (Julie Moreau, Doug Rogers, etc.) helped me with a PPP loan. Courteous, professional, and thorough.

Not the best experience. They became less helpful the more I committed to the loan. Did not deliver funds to the title company at the close. I had to wait 3 days.
