Terrible customer service. Lindsey was rude. I asked her if she would count out my withdrawal in front of me, she said no, that's what the money counter machine is for. I told her I had counted out a lower amount and asked if she would recount it with me before I left the teller window. She again said `no, there are other customers waiting`. While I don't want to inconvenience other customers, I needed to confirm I had the correct amount. What bothered me most about her, was the rolling of the eyes and the dismissive attitude. I felt she could have handled this in a more professional manner.

I’m a long time business customer from United Bank. The conversion was painful and the support is horrible. I was just hung up again after being on hold by technical support. Many online services are no longer supported by their portal.

AWFUL customer service!! Two girls there today refused to help me. No customer servicing skills. And when I left I was told to have a nice day in a snotty way. Never will come back!!

Top notch group of folks, thanks to Cory (and I hope I’m spelling his name correctly)! This branch is an asset to People’s United Bank.

They have no clue what they are doing they give out false information and then don’t help fix the issue

Worst customer service, can't stand it here since the banks merged. This store in particular and the guy is horrible.

It's a bank what can I say, wish interest was better lol it is great having it in the grocery store open Sunday's
