    Ms Pam apparently didnt like what i said when it came to how their young workers (at lasher and 10mile ) communicated with me, concerning the visa card.. so i got attitude from her and a quick ending of the conversation with " just come up here and cancel your card then have a nice day bye.😧 Too many African American females and not enough diversity. Too much attitude not enough professionals. I been with people driven since people trust.. Im going to cancel the card and account. When McDonald's customers service got you beat.. 😂🤔you might want to make a change.

    We’ve been members of this CU since the 1970’s. Working with Darlene on a real estate loan. We had a closing scheduled and confirmed for Friday afternoon. We took time off of work to drive to the branch. Not only was our loan officer not present, no one could locate any of our paperwork. We wasted a trip and don’t have access to the funding we are approved for. We had contractors working this week on the assurance that we would have funds today to pay them. 😡😡😡😡

    I've been a member since 1976. They've financed numerous cars, provided personal loans and given me needed budget counseling. Yes, there have been issues, but we worked them out. I've seen people promoted in their jobs. I love the friendly hello when I enter. I love the change counter is free. Yes, I love my credit union.

    My mother and myself have been to this credit union and I was trying to deposit a check but the lady was rude and them I told her "White people would have been more helpful" and then the big dusty dark skin lady made a rude comment toward me because she was jealous. I can't stand black business

    I applied for a consolidation loan of several credit cards initially i requested 3,000 but after recalculateting i needed 5,000 .I am 65 years old and have never heard of a counter offer loan, you either give me what I ask for or not, I was told here's a counter offer three times each time the amount was lowered until they just finally denied me a loan at all.I have three direct deposits going to this institution biweekly and monthly with enough to repay a loan. From my experience people driven credit union is not for the people also I forgot to mention i have been a member for over a year and a half i plan to withdraw my money and find another institution more people friendly.

    Horrible customer service. Just called in to try to get a replacement card and was told by the rep that I had to call back in after changing the address. Mind you I changed it while we were speaking on the phone because I was near a computer, then it changed to "well you're going to have to call back in 15 min this is a call center I can't stay on the line" I've worked in call centers before and yes they don't want you on the phone too long, BUT if you're assisting the customer and you don't have long phone calls all the time then it was acceptable. This is not the only bad experience I've had since they switched to People Driven. The demographic that tends to be happy with them are older and are loyal customers. I have been with them for 8 years but they are slow to implement things that other credit unions are doing and they don't have policies in place to best serve the clients. I am speaking generally now, regarding all of my experiences with them after they have made the switch. I have been using them less and less now and this last experience just proved that i was right in doing so. I will just take my account elsewhere. Michigan First is doing alot of things better than them. They could learn a thing or two.

    I gave this a bad review but I will say this the manager reached out to me immediately and apologize for the way my issue was addressed. I think it is only fair that I note that. This worst credit union I have ever used. They are horrible with customer satisfaction, problem resolution and I am fed up with them. How can you possibly tell me based on your personal opinion I can not dispute a transaction where it was the retail fault. I'm done never was satisfied with this credit union from day one. I just held on for convenience. I'm only one person and I know they care less but to many issues and poor customer service.

    Their customer service is hot and cold. Sometimes pleasant with a smile and many times service with a frown. Not an excuse, unfortunately it has become todays norm with customer service when dealing with people. Although their policies may be different than other banking institutions and can be irritating, it is their policy and they must be in compliance with CU rules and regulations. Also people interview well, get hired but have no customer service skills or poor customer service skills. The beauty of it all is any dissatisfied person has options to stay or go.

    I have been a customer with this credit union since I was 18 years old. The customer service has gone downhill in the past year. This credit union no longer feels like a community credit union. It functions more like a bank that has lost it’s compassion and purpose to serve the community. I am extremely disappointed in the recent changes and excessive charges imposed by PDCU.
