Charged $25.00 for a Payoff Demand Letter, and did not disclose the fee upfront. Even the customer service rep (who was very nice) agreed that made no sense. PennyMac would not refund it when I pointed out that the fee was never disclosed to me. I will never do business with this company again.

Horrible company all they want is money money and they add extra fees to what you really owe thank god i sold my home and i dont have to deal with them ever again . Did i mention they almost foreclosed my home i became very ill in the hospital when i came back to pay 5 month late of payment they refused to take my money and wanted to sell my home i owed Triple of the amount owed be care ful with them

My mortgage from Valley West Mortgage was sold to PENNYMAC and I have since 6 months later been harassed with phone calls to refinance. I am HARASSED and it’s like I’m being forced to refinance. Please PENNYMAC stop calling me. Know you can locate my account with the name on this review. I never consented to be called. Please add me on your DO NOT CALL list.
