I recently refinanced for a lower interest rate. Tge process was quick and easy. Thanks to Everardo Zaragoza for everything. He along with the loan processing team were very helpful throughout the entire process.

The entire process was so simple. Ceista Johnson was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and touched base with me each week to make sure I didn't have any questions.

Not sure why PennyMac has so many different addresses, but this is the one to use for payments. Got a call that my money order was never received, and they told me over the phone that I mailed it to the wrong address (on the paperwork they said to mail it to a completely different address).

I recommend this company for home loans and refis. They are fair and keep you well informed all along the process. Their rates are quite competitive.

Great loan process and my Account Manager (Ryan) communicated with me frequently throughout the loan process and always kept me updated.

This company is horrible. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Awful customer service. I worked with Max Fernandez, he was arrogant, responded to my emails with an attitude, and was never available by phone.

Everything flowed in a timely manner and was always kept in the loop every step of the way. Jason was helpful, patient, and easy to work with.
