Our loan was sold to Penny Mac right after we closed in 2018. Their website was very user friendly. Our mortage is escrowed and the information is right there when payments are collected and paid. Their customer service team is very friendly and helpful. It had only been 2 years but we were offered a great rate to refinance with Penny Mac.
