My husband was out of work and got a disability check, and I called and spoke to a manager letting him know we could not cash the check told them I’d even send a picture of the check it was almost 8 pm my hubby works third shift they wouldn’t leave my car on! They are awful and have no morals what’s so ever! DO NOT go there ! I can’t wait to try and refinance this summer!
While it is difficult for us to respond to reviews without divulging financial info we do have policies that we must adhere to in order to be fair to everyone, you did speak to a representative and unfortunately, we could not grant an individual request outside of those policies at this time.

PA Auto Credit treats their customers like they are criminals because they have challanged credit. They are rude and very unprofessional and don't know how to treat customers right. They always say one thing and then go back on their word. Life happens and things come up and its like you have to literally beg them for a few extra days. Its unbelievable that they can get away with what they do. I am so glad I got out of the old 12 year car with so many miles that I was making almost $400.0 a month in payments on and the car was causing me so many problems and becoming so expensive to maintain. Never again will have to deal with these unprofeesional people!!!!!

Absolutely horrible . I recently changed jobs and am getting paid differently . I usually make my payments tuesdays bi weekly . I called and asked for an extension on my payment of 140 . I asked to see if I could make a payment on the 30th of December which falls on a Friday . I am due for a payment tomorrow Tuesday the 13th . My new job will not be paying me for 2 more weeks due to me just starting . I proposed to make a payment of 210 on the 30th so I could make up my back payment within two payments . I was put on hold , assuming I was being talked about and got put on the phone with a woman who was incredibly rude to me and stated to me that the company is not making any arrangements for extensions during the holidays . She had told me perhaps I could borrow money from someone . I explained that I am a single mother and that would not be possible . I then asked if I could at least have a weeks extension to try to figure something out and she shut me down instantly . Despite hearing bad things about this establishment I still went with them and I unfortunately found out for myself why this is not a good establishment . I always make my payments on time and this is the way a good customer is treated ? She stated that its the holidays but arent people supposed to be understanding this time of year ? Apparently not at Pennsylvania Auto Credit .

Called Thursday and made a payment of 200.00 prior to that I was told if I made a payment of 120 they would turn my car on and at the time I could not find 120 so my car was shut off so I had to wait until my wife got paid these people are the worst I Lost my job due to this now I'm looking for a new one i am really thinking about trading it in so I don't have to deal with them the guy I had spoken to on the phone was really nasty these people really need to learn how to speak to customers I make my payments all the time and i get paid tonight from my job I just hope these people learn some manners and stop talking to customers any way they want to
