PenFed Credit Union Co Rd, Bartow

I have never dealt with such ignorance and incompetence in my life. I totalled my car on 12/3 and Geico has been unable to pay them for my car because they are unable to produce the perfected title. They kept MY insurance refund and put it towards the loan of THE TOTALLED CAR! Now I'm getting threatening letters that they need proof of insurance or they'll add it to my loan at my cost... the car that I NO LONGER HAVE!! So here I am, still with no car 3 months after the wreck, because of their utter incompetence. AVOID THIS CREDIT UNION!!

Priscilla went above and beyond for my elderly mother. I can't say enough about the great advice and real concern she showed for my mom and her finances. Best banking experience we have ever had and we found out mom qualified for a zero interest credit card to transfer her high interest credit card balance.

Super slow service Bartow location and after waiting 15 mins with 4 Workers behind desk No notary service available I should've went to TD Hey PenFed All branches should have a notary on site Period Sincerely Long time customer

Tried PenFed and Was Very Happy With The Professional Service. They Do Get Busy Around Lunch Time. Very Friendly Also.

Went in to just refinance my vehicle and not just only was approved but also was given more support than expected as PENFED gave me an extended warranty at 50% to my previous and on top of it came out with a new Credit Card. Thank you

The Bartow branch absolutely is horrible... their customer service is so bad it takes 20 minutes or more to do a simple deposit. Thinking I need to find a new bank one that actually cares about its members

If I could give it a minus 0 I would. They SUCK! LOBBY on the cypress garden in Winter Haven is never open now. Dribe through window service only until 3. Here right now to close my account and only 1 person working the bank. Been so far waiting 20 minutes to close it. NOW SHE JUST ASKED FOR MY DEBIT CARD! WTH! Lady keeps getting on phone so she must not what she is doing!! Parking lot and drive through is always empty and now I now why. STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM ANY AND ALL MAGNIFY CREDIT UNIONS.

This credit union it's fine to do basic things but if you need a new card,change pin, or name you have to go to Mulberry. Every time ago there are new people but they treat you with respect and this is appreciated

This is a great bank except there's only three of them out of Polk county. If you need anything done like a new card etc you can either go to the mulberry one or the Lakeland one.
