Banking with Pen Air has been professional and very helpful when I need to take care any business of mine with them. Stacy and Haley has been truly helpful when I need any assistance. The upgrades to the company is amazing.

We usually do business at another branch, but we came in to cash in a CD to buy a car. We were treated very rudely and spoken to condescendingly. She actually told my husband she didn’t like his “body language”. I’ll never do business there again.

I went to the atm and the atm acted as if they was going give me my money but said I needed to call the bank but said I withdrawed money on the app . But everybody who pulled up. Behind me couldn’t withdraw money . Idk if it ran out but I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with somebody about it . Which is aggravating because what if I really needed the money . I hate this bank

I won't do business here again, even if the loan rates are a little lower than the competition, the hassle and complexity of trying to deal with the apparently inept staff is just absolutely not worth it. From the vehicle acquisition, all the way through the payoff were a hassle and significantly more complex than necessary, avoid if you value your time.
