Lack of help from the insurance adjuster (Mr.Anthony Wang)and a less than subpar inspection of the damaged vehicles has cost me my business and i am now juggling lawsuits while filing against pekin myself. Note to future customers. Put a lawyer on retainer before you buy, your gonna need them furthermore going up the chain of command was no help. I was told on day 1 not to fix my vehicles(i own a dealership) 22 total vehicles affected(85% of total inventory) it took 4 months for them to offer $850 after a 2500 deductible(total 3300) to fix all the vehicles that includes broken windshields, windows, batteries, radios and other damages caused by a crowbar being used to pry open doors and hoods. 1 truck alone was 2200. I understand attempting to save money but, had the adjuster inspected the vehicles instead of insinuating i had something to do with the crime.... I wouldnt be writing this review now

Each time I have a question or need any assistance; the main operator & customer service are so very pleasant! They are efficient while being warm & friendly! The customer service hotline is simple to use as well as their online account system. Every time I call, I am always helped by someone who is polite and quick to provide what I need. I have been a customer for many, many years.

this is the worst insurance company. Do not buy insurance from them by all means. A tree fell on my truck and smashed my roof really bad. Everyone we talked to and showed our pictures too said it should of been totalled. perkin would not total the truck.

My fiancée's car was hit in late October and it is now January and the car is finally getting fixed. This insurance company drags their feet getting things done and on top of that they are rarely ever available to speak to during normal business hours. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

So I was originally with Pekin and left them because I thought I was being charged too much. After going through several other companies, I realized that Pekin was not only the best price but my coverage was better for less money. There really isn't anything better out there! Thank you Pekin.

Cheap worthless piles of crap. a lady with their insurance hit me, caused $1147 worth of damage and they took 3 weeks to decide if they would accept liability, then offered me $1090. screw them use someone else they suck You know I am, contact me to resolve this if you are man enough

Amazing Insurance company! Recently switched over from Geico, not only did they save my husband and I money, they also handle a recent homeowners claim quickly. Very pleased!

Worst insurance company , My car was declared total loss and they are not even listening to the problem and just giving their value as the actual value of the car though i had paid a lot more to get the car and had enhancements on the car. And the accident was not even my fault it was the fault of the other driver
