    Not impressed with their customer service. Told several times they would call me and never did. When finally talked to the General Manager. He looked online for some vehicles which didn't have what I was looking for. When I returned his call, he never called me back. The only way I would ever do business with Frank Kent Ennis is if they gave me the absolute bottom dollar on the vehicle I wanted. And by that I mean the price that the President of the company would pay himself.

    I have tried to take my 2015 Chevy Cruze to the service center twice in the last week and they refuse to service it. I called this morning to make sure they would take it. They told me yes. I asked them if they had a loaner to give me and they said yes as well. I get there, the service tech is gone, which is to be expected. The lady at the service desk asked me to leave my car. I told her the only way I can do that is if I have a loaner. She said she didn't have one, and then she just looked at me as if I was stupid. She didn't offer me any kind of help and was very rude. I have wrote a review about this place before, and it wasn't good. I decided to go back and give them a second chance, but now I am certain I will never be back. NEVER GO HERE!

    The Guys here were amazing and gave me much attention on a vehicle that I wanted, hands down on this dealer ship they are amazing!!! Earl, Glenn are your go to Guys if you need a vehicle!! And when I do another I will be coming back to see them

    Always return for my vehicle upkeep (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and the staff is always friendly. The waiting room could be cleaned up a little, but it is an automotive service center. Never bought a car here, so I can't tell you how that end of the business runs.

    I took my car in for a service job and the dealership wrecked my car. My car was a total loss so now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to get another vehicle. Update 4/5/2019 The dealership called me on the 3rd to set up an appointment to come in and speak with the GM on 4/4/2019 and see about getting into another vehicle. I was very relieved after they called because I figured they were finally going to make this situation right. Well I was wrong. I show up to the dealership and instead of getting to speak with the GM I got to talk to a salesman. Without being asked what type of vehicle I was interested in I was shown vehicles that I had no interest in or were nothing like my vehicle I had. Finally I found a car that I liked. I was told that the vehicle was $32,010 and they would drop the price to $29,998 and then give me a $3000 rebate on top of that. I was happy at the moment because I felt like they were trying their best to help for what happened. I looked on their website and the price of the car was already listed at $29,510 so I was actually only getting the $3000 rebate. Even though I wasn't getting as much off as they told me I was it was still a decent price even though I felt it should be lower since they are the ones who got into an accident in my vehicle even though the accident wasn't their fault, they were in possession of my vehicle. So after all that I assume that the dealership was going to finance the vehicle since they are the reason I am having to get another vehicle. WRONG. They ran my credit and said that they would not be able to find anyone to finance me and that I needed to get with my current lender about financing the new vehicle. I have to wait until my current lender gets the check from the insurance company because I can get financed for a new car. Yes they gave me a loaner car but if for some reason something happens and my current lender doesn't finance me then I will be left without a vehicle and unable to get to work. The whole situation is very stressful because before I took my vehicle to the shop I wasn't worried about not having a car. A simple service job has turned into a nightmare. I dropped the car off in Ennis thinking that everything was going to be ok and all of this happened. I wasn't aware that they were going to drive my vehicle to the dealership to Corsicana. when the car was wrecked it was being driven back from Corsicana to Ennis, which no one has yet told me but after the accident I looked at my Onstar tracking and that's how I knew my vehicle was driven to Corsicana. This has been the worst experience ever. I left the dealership on the verge of crying and a horrible headache. I wasn't able to sleep last night and I still have a headache. So now I am just waiting and praying that I don't end up without a car.

    I went there 2 get my '95 Chevy pickup inspected after calling them 1st to find out if they could inspect it because an old truck like that still required a dynometer(?) to inspect it. The service manager told me on the phone that he has one & can inspect it while I wait. So, I went there & the service manager wrote it up. He said that there was one ahead of me & I should wait in the waiting room which I did. After waiting about an hour, he came & told me that they can't inspect it cause their dynometer was out of service. I won't be taking my other car there to get it inspected. Bad service.

    I purchased a used truck there back in June. One week after I purchased the truck it did not want to start and I was stranded in downtown Austin. I had to replace the fuel filter and water sensor. This is a diesel 2011 Chevy 2500. Two weeks after this my truck completely shuts down and goes into limp mode. I can't drive the truck over 40mph without straining the transmission.I have to get it towed to the dealership twice since I had the truck in less than a month and over 1500 dollars in repairs. I called autonation and tried to get in contact with a manager or someone that would talk to me about possibly helping me out with the cost of the repairs. It has now been over a week and no one from autonation has Returned my calls. I have called multiple times and left many messages. This is just terrible customer service. A simple Phone call goes a long way and they couldn't even get that done. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
