PB&T Bank W 5th St, Pueblo

I have worked with PB&T over the last few years. I have had a very positive experience. We have financed many new construction projects with them. The process and customer service is always streamlined, professional, expeditious and reliable. I highly recommend working with Pueblo Bank & Trust.

After reading the review about Tammy Fesmire a couple of days ago. I felt I had to write about my experience with Tammy. I have 10 accounts at PB&T. I am a PB&T customer because of Tammy Fesmire. She IS the reason that I am in business. Whenever I need any thing for my business, personal or family, she is there for me. Her knowledge and her professionalism in the banking industry is the reason I have the confidence and more importantly the trust to let her handle my finances.

I like going in here a lot. And I don't mean super often I mean that I enjoy it here at Pueblo Bank and Trust. They are very nice, and extremely polite to their customers. I have been using this back for a long time now and I really like it. Thank you for being here in this community of pueblo CO we do appreciate you and all you staff here! It was not a pleasure working with Tammy Fesmire on our construction loan. she is rude and tries to belittle her clients.

Came in to this location to fill out paper work and was helped by Ann Benjamin, she was so awesome...very patient and kind person. You should hold on to this lady ....she is a rock star!!

PB & T helped me secure a loan for my business to purchase a building. The process was easy and received a lot of help, especially from Elizabeth Rogge. The big bank process was taking forever until PB & T stepped up and took care of business. Thanks!

I've had an account with this bank for 8 years and just received a letter that they are adding a $100 per month fee. No other banks that I know of have a $100/month fee for business checking so this forces me to change banks, which I have done. PB&T are crooks. Stay away.

Literally the worst bank out there. Can't use my money half the time, can never get ahold of anyone, some staff are just plain rude and the app is the worst thing ever. They'll take your money but don't plan on being able to use it.

Great local bank until one of the tellers has a bad day and decides to make everything difficult for fun. Things which turned out to be errors on their side... Most people are awesome but some are discriminating and rude.

Even if its written on one of their checks from one of their business accountsa they won't cash your check without talking to your employer, regardless of if your job is closed on that day, even if you have multiple forms of ID and all of your information matches.
