I usually don't have a problem with this place. However today Saturday 6/25 at 6:31pm I went to complete a transaction. The door was locked, however they close at 7pm. I left work early to make it before at least half an hour before closing. I pleaded with her to please see one more person and reminded her its only 6:30pm. She just shrug her shoulders with no consideration. I ask to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. she was a old latina lady with a very short pixi cut. I am sure you guys are not going to do anything and by then i am sure she will change her story up. I write this so maybe next time your workers in Tremont and Anthony street location could have a little consideration for people's schedules. i made arrangements based on your time schedule you have on the door and on line, and just because your worker is tired and lazy and decided to close early i now have to travel another 30 minutes. If you choose to work in the service industry at least have integrity and compassion for people that your serving

I've been going to this Payomatic for about 4 years and I haven't had any problems. The customer service has always been pleasant and it's so convenient that they offer Amazon Locker service and Amazon Cash.

Worst place ever, NASTY customer service from Ashante, she was really nasty with everybody not just me. I gave to her a lot of money with rubber bands and pieces of paper with the amount but she didn’t take the money because I didn’t unfolded the money and I said to her that is a lot of money and many people don’t have to see how much money Im giving to her and she was really nasty with me, and talking talking b...s...t!!!

I want to thank this afternoons teller for going out on a limb for me. Storm sandy f&#d up the systems making things slow. She blessed me. (East T'mont/Anthony).

I love the customer services here. Its great the assist manager is very helpful.
