PAYOMATIC Stratton St, Queens

Yesterday the cashier was very nice and she faxed over 3 documents for me with no problem, I forgot to bring my other documents and needed to make a fax today, the cashier refuse to do the fax. One of the services that payomatic have is to send faxes out for $1. Lack of service and the older male cashier who refused the services was very rude. My day just got ruined and my time was well wasted. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very poor. It took me 7 days to get the money, went to 4 WU/Pay omatic jist to go back and forth because they said they don't have enough money to pay out and finally got intouch to the manager in pay omatic in Stratton, Ny just to be given an attitude by the manager. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! wow!

If you advertise your business hours you should try and schedule someone to be there. Again waste of time hoping that someone will show up while waiting a half hour of when it is advertised to open.

It’s is 330pm and the door is locked!! It looks to be completely closed. There are at least 7 people that have shown up here and can’t go in!! Why not leave a note or something to let their customers know what is going on!!

The tellers are great, but the managers schedule only one teller on Thursdays and Fridays. So no matter what time you come in pay day after 3 pm there is a 7-8 person line. Why would you schedule one teller on the busiest pay days?? It’s absolutely ridiculous and there are times i come where thee is no need for 2 tellers. Get it together Payomatic

Tried to go tonight (Friday night) it's supposed to be open 24 hours but it's closed not the first time this has happened with this location where's the management hey if your employee calls out and you can't get anyone else then guess what you don't go home you stay that's why you're the boss that's your reasonability

Bad attitude!! We just asked one question and the she was yelling at us! Also She was not wearing mask! It was the worst experience I had in United States.

Is there anyway I can give this place less than a star? For years this place has 1 window open. Only one for a huge store. They could care less. Its almost like the person takes their time on purpose so people can leave. Think im playing? Go there one day so you can see what im talking about.

Terrible Rude staff !!! Rep named Jessica !!! Seems like she doesn’t want to be there No one forcing her , get another job ! Only reason this place is getting 2 stars Because of other stuff that works there who are polite and helpful especially night shift

I wouldn't mind giving more but I know you guys have a Amazon locker and I tried ordering something but they couldn't get access to the location I have seen the store would be closed even though its open 24 hours and its frustrating I gotta wait again for my package other then that great staff at least
