I see why this place received poor reviews, because the female employee who is on duty at 7p.m on tues evenings has an extremely bad attitude. The supervisor needs to be around more to witness the nasty attitude the female has. I did not get her name but she looks Hispanic mixed with maybe Afro American. A change needs to take place at this establishment.

Well I've been to this Pay o'matic before but haven't stop by lately. Furthermore, I must say just now I recieved poor customer service. Few minutes ago, a woman store clerk answered the phone with a positive tone at first but when asked if she can dial in the numbers of my card and find out the information I need to no she just hung up giving no response. A simple no could've been asserted before rudely hanging up. I don't know her name but she on the clock now the day after the begin of 2019. God bless that woman and all in this beautiful world!!😊🌎✔😎

Another payomatic location that has requested that I remove my face mask to conduct business during this pandemic. This blatantly violates the public health order and the very signs that payomatic posted regarding safety. If we are to get to a “new norm” as a society then companies need to adjust their practices before putting profit before public health. I am already a customer at this and the previous location that i visited so both locations already have my information and photo but will no longer have my business . I will not put my health at risk for their financial gain or “fake” caring. Fake caring is about as useful as a fake parachute!

Place is the worst! They never open on time! They say 7am but that's a lie! More like 7:30 and even then they're still not ready for business, you have to wait another 10 minutes. Always 1 person working. This place needs new management asap!

The best they don’t rob you like the 1 1908 Cross Bronx expwy. Last time I went to send money to Mass they almost got me with 16 dollars more.

Waited on line for forty minutes because they only had one window open. This establishment also caters to people who are paying for the removal of boots from their cars. I waited all this time and the woman behind the counter couldn't help me. Never again.

It says 24 hours and I had went around 12 midnight and the doors were locked and the lights were off!!!! False advertisement!!!!!
