The staff here is pretty friendly, and helpful which is nice. As far as the actual store...it's always clean and tidy - but their inventory isn't as awesome.

There's bad customer service, then there is Pawn 1 in Lewiston. I stand in the store for 30 minutes to be ignored, for other customers to walk in and get helped. Mind you I'm standing 3" from the counter. Don't Express interest in buying a firearm, whatever you do. Apparently, these people are praying for Idaho politics to take a left turn so Lewiston can get swallowed up by Clarkston. Paying customers don't get help at pawn 1, unless you are there to sell or pawn so they can earn some money on your loan. Worst pawn in town.

All of my experiences at the Lewiston shop have been amazing! Everyone is so helpful and Rachel always kills it and helps out the best way she can!!

I have gone to many different pawn shops throughout the years. Especially ones locally! I have never been treated as well as I have been when I shopped at Pawn 1. I have spent some time at the spokane store, but mostly the store in lewiston. I was searching for a laptop for school this year and didn't have much money to use. I went to 1st interstate and steves pawn only to find out I didn't have enough money. When I came into pawn 1 I was greeted by a friendly person that said they could help me find a laptop within my budget. I don't remember his name but he was very nice and said that he knew a lot about computers. After we looked at like 4 laptops we found one that was more expensive then I could afford. The worker said he would give me a discount to get closer to my budget. After he applied his discount it came out to 5 dollars less than I had on me which was awesome because it left me enough to buy cigs. I havent been able to make it back into pawn 1 to thank him for the help so I wanted to on here. I will be telling my friends to come see him if they ever need a computer for school and are on a budget like I am. Thank you! ~C.N.
