This title company did a very poor job for our closing. They didn't reply to a few of our questions about fees showing up on the closing. At closing, they asked me to sign a paper saying that they provided some paperwork, when we actually never got it from them. After closing, they stopped answering our questions on the online platform. They feel very disorganized and don't have a good customer service.
