Purchased our first home less than a month ago and Patricia was our loan officer recommended by a friend. It was our first home and we were very nervous. No kidding she made us feel at ease at every step, and went above and beyond. She has a way of explaining things that you can understand, and didn't mind having to explain twice when my wife wasn't on the phone call. She explained every option for us in detail and told us pro's and con's and let us make the decision. She was there at closing to congratulate us. She was absolutely the best we could have expected.

I first contacted Patricia on a Sunday late afternoon via text, not only did she text me back right away, she got the process started. You can tell she is very passionate about her job and it brings her great joy to help families get into their homes. She has made herself available to my family and I on many occassions. I have had many late evening talks with her about where we were at in the process or what paperwork she needed and where to get it. Many times she was able to calm me down by reminding me that god was handling it.. I love that her faith is shown in her work. We had a little hick up on the very last day, but because Patricia puts her heart and soul into every client she was able to get what we need to close.
