I love Patelco, they have helped me with a few auto loans. They always have the best rate, and they're honest if they can't get you a better rate on something/don't try to trap you into something you don't want. So easy between the website payments and their online service. I will always use them for my auto loans.

This place doesn't apparently know how to use computers. They rejected my HSA transfer form on the basis that PatelCo doesn't want to have an electronic signature, but they want me to print the document and email them the signed form. Not even a Docusign verified form. Someone tell me the difference between a copy of my signature on a form and printing the form to email the copy of my signature on the same form?

I've been using Patelco for years, since my dad helped me open my first savings account here. They have never been anything less than wonderful, even when I had to send them checks from PA! I love the app and the employees are efficient and super friendly - I love having to go into the bank, even though I mostly use direct deposit and mobile banking.

I’ve been with Patelco since I was 9, service used to be extremely fast and efficient. Now when I get on the phone it’s at least a 30 min wait to speak to someone, there’s problems with my card all the time, and mobile banking is extremely slow. Working on switching currently because there are too many issues I have to deal with on a weekly basis.

ATM ate a $500 deposit, said there was an error and couldn't return my deposit. I immediately went inside the branch and they told their ATMs are administrated by a third party. Now I have to deal with my own CU and dispute with a totally uninformative receipt. Thank you for grifting your customers. I know where I'm never going to open an account or inquire about loans.

I had a bad customers service experience. I went there after my auto loan application pre approved and then I gave all the information that needed to complete the application, but at the end with out enough reason my application rejected.
