Patelco Credit Union Fair Oaks Blvd, Sacramento

I was showed great kindness here. I went to open an account. My mother died the day before and I was just tired and trying to figure somethings out. The woman that happened me was African American late 30s with short hair. I don't remember her name but wanted to provide a description so hopefully she gets credit for outstanding customers service. I told her that I might have to leave mid way because a crew was coming to pick up my mothers hospice equipment. She was incredibly helpful and kind. I wasn't able to open an account due to my credit. I still had a good experience.

I am a temporary transplant here in Sacramento from the Bay Area. I've been a member of Patelco for many years. Home loan purchase, auto loans, personal loans, general banking etc. I recently reach out to Robert Bowen, Branch Manger for some much needed documents. Robert was very helpful, he was able to spend the time and give all of the printed, documents needed. Very professional, great attitude and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. Shout out to you Robert! thank you all of your help.

I am definitely shocked as well to hear the negative reviews. I have been with Patelco for many years and never had an issue. I’ve had many different types of accounts with them and they are always helpful. They are also very fast. I secured a whole loan in a matter of hours. I applied, did the process, provided all required documentation, signed, all within 2-3 hours. I look forward to continuing to work with everyone at Patelco.

Best brick and mortar banking on the planet! Smooth atmosphere. Staff makes you feel right at home. Have a cup of hot cocoa while you wait. Listening to calming music. It's a lovely atmosphere. As for all the negative reviews i have just read, i find it absolutely shocking! i have been banking here for over three to four years. i have never witnessed any one on hold for longer than ten minutes unless they were waiting for an appointment. Robert, Jesslyn, Alicia, Ebony, Bajon are all very cordial. This is some twilight zone shi-it i'm hearing. Excuse the French!

1/2/18 The lady who’s wearing red top on the right table is not willing to help people. Shes too fancy for her dress. Hmmmmm.. maybe shes the manager? The only table on the right side? I love the lady on the left table who is wearing all black 5 stars to her! This is my first time in Patelco! They need to smile! 😁 Funny u guys sent me a welcome letter in my mailing address which is sounded very friendly but not in actual interaction. Maybe if you come here with very nice dress they will treat you better.

How am I supposed to secure a car when the loan takes the long to go through? Each step of information I provide is very slow to get updates back. I've called multiple times today and by agent is nowhere to be communicated with. I get if they are busy but I need things to keep moving and to be kept posted if anything is to work at all and communication feels very slow to get back to me with answers.

Patelco is great, this location do not come for any services! ATM machine is not in their control. They won't even contact the ATM vendor to help with the issue. I received this answer from the branch manager himself, Robert. First time using ATM machine kept it for 5 minutes before returning it. No, could not choose any options. Second time I used it, ATM NEVER RETURNED MY CARD and it was a SUNDAY.

Their new location is a whole lot nicer than the location they were at, and it has really nice and comfortable seating. The employees are still just as nice, and still smiling, even though it was a Monday morning, and it isn't common to see smiles on Monday mornings..Happy to say thanks for all the good service Patelco..

I didn’t want to come here let’s start with that. I walk straight in there the lifeless chick at the front desk. She is so dame dry. Hey here they say 15 minutes 30 minutes later I’m livid and only still have not been seen. I keep getting off my manger is coming. Pick another office if you can avoid this one and if anyone from Patelco is reading be careful wasting peoples 🤬 time. No I don’t recommend No I’m never coming back

Service, is always great at the fair oaks location. Staff always has a smile, no transaction is too much, and staff is always willing to help.
