    Online baking website is a joke, so I visited in person. Lobby visits are painful. Service is slower than the second coming. Incompetence is their motto. It is a mystery why this is so because they always seem to be overstaffed with several people doing a lot of nothing. After waiting for the manager to finish talking with a customer who was only there to chat, I was going to make a deposit to my account. I was surprised to find out the account I had for 12 years was closed. After a 10 minute explanation full of excuses about the post office (where I worked for 30 years so I know better) which had nothing to do with Parkside closing my account, I left. I'm actually glad. There are other banking institutions in town that are much more efficient and have better customer service. Parkside, I won't miss you!

    My husband and I went out of state to purchase a vehicle but when we arrived at the car dealer's, we happened to like a different vehicle from the one for which the loan was sanctioned. Maegan put us on the priority list and went out of her way to email us the documents to sign and make the necessary changes happen fast so a new loan could be quickly sanctioned and the money wired to the car dealer so we didn't have to extend our stay. Literally she erased all our worries and anxieties as we talked back and forth on the phone. The car dealer himself remarked at the friendliness of the staff at Parkside CU. Thank you Maegan. You know your job and you are very thorough and efficient at it too. We are glad we switched to Parkside Credit Union in Columbia falls.

    Directed me to my "primary financial institution" regarding a small loan on my home equity. ParkSide has been my bank for over 4 years. My loan request was for roughly 18% of the equity alone... Denied due to no credit history. Even with a co-borrower. My house is paid off, and I have no debts. Marcene Coburn denied me, even with a cosigner, after stringing me along for a month. I'll be signing up with a new primary financial institution immediately.

    I am always greeted by name and with friendly smiles. They are so willing to go the extra mile. It so much more than just basic banking. They willingly send faxes for me and patiently research any questions I have with my accounts. Love Danae and her awesome service.

    Rude customer service, certain agents have a lack of knowledge with refinancing procedures, and their fraud protection is extremely over the top with small (under $100) purchases made online to an out of state business. I also disagree that I can't get a new debit card printed before they send it out automatically a week before it expires. I've been a loyal member since 2016 and even have my car financed through them, but boy has this institution gone down hill quick!

    the lady’s are so nice. went in there today to set up an account and they helped me decide which would be the best fit for me and it was a easy process didn’t take long at all!!

    Horrible customer service, couldn't get it together so I could open an account. Didn't understand what I needed when I asked for a simple ATM card. Online doesn't work half the time, and there's nothing good about it so far. I was told this place was great but what a lie. They only treat certain people great and as long as you have alot of credit with them. Otherwise you're nothing to them and they don't care about your needs. Also needs some sort of customer service rep on weekends when the banks are closed and the online route isn't working!!!! Now I have to wait another day to deposit my check. This will be the second time they prolonged it and caused me issues.

    Machines don't work reliably and spent 30 minutes waiting on a simple transaction. Still waiting. When did putting checks in and getting cash out turn into an ordeal. Some guy gave me the most insincere apology. Wouldn't even acknowledge the problem. If you really care, you listen, acknowledge and then at least try to fix what is broken. Instead got a hollow apology without me having any hope things will change. The teller was nice, not whatever head honcho walked out to complete transaction the machine screwed up. I am left wondering if PSCU cares... Been a customer for over 15 years.

    I have been a customer for over 5 years. I have both my personal and my business accounts with this bank. Customer service has significantly went downhill. I walked in today to get a new debit card as there was fraudulent activity on my account so they froze it and instructed me to come in and get a new card. I also asked for a name change. The first teller was unable to help (she didn’t have authorization to print cards), I waited for over 1 hour to get the second teller who was dealing with another customers debit card that was linked to the wrong account with multiple transaction issues. There was only one teller available on staff (this was at 12:45pm) that could assist with debit cards. The second teller was then available but she couldn’t complete a name change and had to wait to for the manager (who was at lunch). She proceeded to go through my account trying to figure out why I had multiple debit cards linked to my account and was not able to answer any of my questions. I then waited for the manager to help get my name changed on my account as I was finally told she would be back in about 10mins after many circling comments and ignoring my questions with this teller to come to the conclusion that I should wait until after my name change. During this time a male came in after me who also had an account error and needed to wait for the manager. The teller I was working with spoke with the manager when she arrived, and the manager then proceeded to take the male back to her office to resolve his issue first. This was after I nicely explained I needed to get back to the office to see my patients and I only had 15 minutes left. I asked the teller what was the rationale for taking him first? Her response “it’s out of my hands”. I then proceeded to call and resolve this issue with another manager located at this branch or another. Every single one was “at lunch” (this was 2 pm). I left a message for the call gal that I would be closing my accounts and to pass my message along to someone that could assist with this issue today and unless resolved I would close them, no response back from any of parksides employees or managers. I would not recommend business with this type of customer service. Multiple issues with multiple people accounts and treated unfairly given a sufficient amount time to resolve what should of been an easy fix for 1.5 hours of allotted time. I am disappointed on how they represent our community.
