Jeff was soool Awesome! I had several questions regarding used vehicles, servicing, maintenance and warranty information. He was very informative, patient and never appeared rushed or made me feel like I was bothering him. Wealth of information...well versed on MB product!!!

This is a great facility. Everyone works very hard to take care of your needs. Multiple comfortable spaces to wait for your car to be serviced. (It's a Mercedes dealership, set your pricing expectations accordingly.)

Have always had great service here until this time. Extremely poor communication regarding status of my vehicle. I had to text several times requesting update before I received a response. Stuck in my vehicle at dropping off and picking up both times 30 minutes. No acknowledgement from any of the staff. There assistant manager was apologetic and filled up my tank.I appreciate the jester.

Could not be happier, the product speaks for itself, it’s Mercedes! I will say however, Mo was wonderful and we received excellent service! We will be using this location from now on. Thank you for a very pleasant purchase/experience! My parents love their new SUV!

Mark young is so professional and really goes the extra mile ! I called park place to see if I can get some information on what I need to do to prepare myself for getting a car from here. He gave me some very important knowledge as far as credit and the requirements the bank looks for when purchasing a car from them. I hope he is still selling cars at park place next year because you have a definite customer! I was helped by Joshua. I’d bought a Mercedes but needed a key to be made to it. Joshua made sure everything was done for me and did it in the time frame he said he would with constant communication. I didn’t even buy my Mercedes from park place myself but they treated me as family from start to finish
