I can not say enough how thankful I am that I was referred to Josh from Paragon Homes. I was in the process of building a home and working with another lender and half way thru was told they couldn’t approve me. I remember the day I called Josh for the first time and was like listen I can’t talk but this is my dilemma can you help? I remember it was a weekend and he accomplished more for me in 24 hours then the other company did in weeks. I was so impressed and he got me my house! No issues nothing!! Even thru Covid he worked with me and kept informing me of what changes were happening. It was great, I really can’t say one bad thing. For anyone struggling to get approved just try paragon, I promise you they will bend over backwards trying to get it done for you! They got me thru Covid, out of work for 3 months, self employed, single income household. I got my house!!! Thank you to Josh & his whole team I love you all and can’t thank you enough!

I recently obtained a mortgage from Paragon home loans. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chad Ayers from the Jason Miller team. Chad was recommended to us by a mutual friend who had recently worked with Chad on her home purchase. Throughout the home buying process, I was extremely impressed by Chad's knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. Every time we asked him for a mortgage estimate on a house we looked at, we recieved a complete breakdown of the monthly mortage and the entire closing costs in a timely manner, sometimes within minutes. I can't recommend this guy enough. You can't go wrong. He is a very patient guy with the heart of a teacher. Never once did I feel like I was dealing with a salesman. If you want your home buying process to go smoothly, Chad is your guy. I also have been very impressed with the follow up by the Jason Miller team after closing. Also, my closing costs came in thousands less than the mortgage company recommended by the realtor. A big thanks to Chad and everyone on the Jason Miller team! You guys rock!

Excellent experience with Chad Ayers at Paragon Home Loans. Chad was diligent and transparent, from start to finish. He was thorough, did not cut corners, and was VERY responsive through both texts and phone calls. This was my fourth time either buying or refinancing a home. This was by far the easiest experience I have had. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and always answered the phone, text or emails very quickly.
