18 years as a member and they have truly helped with multiple banking and finance needs over the years. 2nd mortgages, auto loan re-finance, various savings clubs and of course checking and saving. I do miss Mrs. Kaye since she retired, after years of feeling like I had a personal banker, but Andrea is doing a great job! The pandemic has changed so much in our lives but the online and mobile banking has kept me connected to my bank. So thankful for all they do for their members!

Excellent customer service. I love the personal touch of a credit union. I remember needing urgent assistance prior to traveling to see family for the Christmas holiday. I received personal follow up in a timely manner and my needs were met within a few short hours. This was such a relief! I love the diverse services as well to including banking, Christmas Club, educational seminars, car buying services and many more!

They were very easy to work with, and provided loan information quickly with great rates.

Mrs. Amicker over at Parkridge really went out her way to make sure I was satisfied after a stressful situation. She was so helpful and treated me with so much understanding. So thankful for her. Great Credit Union!

PHCU is the best bank ever!!! They are always available to you no matter how large or how small your accounts are and everyone works hard to try to make every transaction as easy as possible for their members.

I have fraudulent things went wrong with my account(twice) the second time these people thought I was the one using my card or I gave someone my card and so I thought this bank would help me, but they told I had this bank for a month and since these Incidents happen within a month that they would not give me my own money back. Don’t go to this bank it’s sorry and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else

Unlike other credit unions you don’t get paid early or before the first of the month ......They definitely aren’t with the times at all it’s 2019!!!! I wouldn’t bank with them I’m going back to Navy Federal Credit Union

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THIS BANK IS CLEARLY STUCK IN THE STONE AGES. YOU WOULD THINK SINCE ITS 2017 AND THEY HAVE AN APP THAT THEY WOULD BE UP TO DATE AND ON TOP OF THINGS BUT IT IS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE. LOST MORE MONEY IN FEES FROM POOR PROSSECING TIME AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO STARS
